Nothing Phone Spotted at (2A) TUV Certification: See here specs

Nothing is preparing to launch a new smartphone under its flagship Nothing Phone (2). The new device, dubbed the Nothing Phone (2a), will have a lower price despite having more powerful specifications than the Phone (2). The gadget was recently included on the TDRA certification page under the A142 model number. Today, the forthcoming smartphone debuted on the TUV certification website (via MySmartPrice), revealing some key information.

TUV certification confirms that the gadget will support 45W rapid charging. Apart from this, the listing does not reveal anything about the smartphone. However, the presence of several certifications is strong evidence of the imminent introduction of the device. Even Nothing founder and CEO Carl Pei has hinted at releasing a new smartphone, the Nothing Phone (2A).

According to the leaked specifications, the Nothing Phone (2a) would feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. The phone (2a) will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7200 chipset. It will be available in two variations. One will have 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage, while the other will have 12 GB of memory and 256 GB of internal storage.

In terms of optics, the Nothing Phone (2a) will include a 50 MP Samsung ISOCELL S5KGN9 primary camera. It will also have a 50 MP ISOCELL JN1 ultrawide shooter. The device will include a 16 MP selfie camera and a video call feature. In terms of software, the device will come preloaded with Nothing OS 2.5, which is based on Android 14. The smartphone will run on a 4,290 mAh battery.

The upcoming Nothing Phone (2a) will be available in classic black and white colors. We expect Nothing to tease the new smartphone soon. With the increasing number of leaks, it won’t be long before the phone is officially released.
